How the BodyTalk System by Dr. John Veltheim Works

  • Amid the stressors in our lives (physical, mental, emotional, environmental, etc.), BodyTalk identifies breakdowns in communication within the body/mind and allows the body’s energy systems to be resynchronized in a safe, simple, and non-invasive way, so they can operate more effectively as nature intended.
  • During a BodyTalk session, the practitioner facilitates communication with the innate wisdom of the body by using neuromuscular biofeedback to locate the imbalances within the body that are a priority.  By gently tapping on the head, the brain becomes aware of and repairs the communication link.  Tapping on the sternum, or heart, ensures that the new information is stored throughout the whole body…The BodyTalk practitioner is teaching the body to return itself to balance.
  • BodyTalk can be used as a stand-alone system that can address many health problems or can be seamlessly integrated into any healthcare system to increase its effectiveness and promote faster healing.

Nicole dedicates her BodyTalk practice to working with clients to encourage their body’s natural healing ability.  Her clients have experienced relief from joint and muscle pain, sciatica, infections, nervousness, recovery from dental surgery, and have noticed improvements in mental clarity, memory, and overall sense of well-being.
