Hypnotherapy

What Hypnotherapy does is put the analyzing conscious mind to sleep so that the subconscious comes to the forefront and takes in all the positive information that the hypnotherapist suggests, without analysing. Then when the patient is out of the session, the subconscious mind feeds the conscious all that positive information it has absorbed during that therapy session. This helps to reduce negative paradigms which are buried deep within and drive our behaviour.
